Air Venturi Avenger Barrel Band

The Gen2 Black Arts Design Barrel Band System is designed to reduce the POI shifts inherent in the Air Venturi Avenger and tighten its groups. We developed a 2-component system that removes the main problem, the factory barrel band. The Air Venturi Avenger factory barrel band ties the forend of the stock directly to the barrel. Any pressure applied to the forend is fed directly to the barrel via the factory barrel band. Our 2-component system divorces the forend and lower air tube from the barrel. This is accomplished through our Forend Bracket which secures the forend to ONLY the lower air tube. The Forend Bracket does not contact the upper air tube or barrel shroud. This ends the intimate relationship between the stock forend and barrel. Our Barrel Band then ties ONLY the upper air tube and barrel providing stability. These 2 components will tighten groups and drastically reduce the seemingly random POI shifts. We highly recommend the DonnyFL Avenger Extender 1/2×20 Adapter be paired with our 2 component Barrel Band System.
Material
Carbon Filled (CF) PETG – CF PETG selected for low shrinkage, resistance to heat, and high dimensional accuracy. The addition of carbon fibers increases flexural modulus (stiffness) well above standard PETG.
TPU (thermoplastic Polyurethane). TPU is extremely flexible and highly resistant to abrasion.
Features
The shroud section houses two TPU bushings to ensure a snug fit while allowing ease of installation.
TPU has rubber like characteristics adding dampening qualities to our barrel band.
No grub screws! The lower section clamps securely with a single M3 alloy steel screw and nut. The nut is held captive within an internal slot providing a secure hold while maintaining a clean appearance.
Bolstered design along the circumference increases flexural modulus (stiffness) and aesthetic appeal.

The Black Arts Design AEA Challenger Elite Barrel Band (AKA Barrel Support Stabilizer) is designed to increase POI consistency and eliminate barrel droop. The split design allows install without removal of the factory muzzle break. Two large channels are built into the barrel band to accept TPU (a rubberized plastic) bushings. These bushings give way just enough to permit an easy install while still providing a tight fit and provide dampening characteristics. In order to extend your shooting between refills, a bigger bottle is always the first thing you should consider. This 350CC carbon fiber bottle allows you to enjoy longer your sustained shooting with the Leshiy 2. 190mm long and 65mm in diameter, the bottle is not as large as to bother the shooter as well, keeping your whole kit backpack friendly!
Perfect design for Leshiy 2. With this 350cc bottle, the Leshiy 2 gains 260cc of additional air volume.
Installing the bottle onto the Leshiy 2
Degas gun - locate the bleed screw on the right side of the valve assembly
only crack the bleed; there is a detent ball under the grub screw
after 100% of the air is drained, tighten the screw - do not over tighten
Remove auxiliary air tank arm brace - 4mm hex wrench
place fill probe into the fill port - this keeps the fill assembly from spinning
Unscrew the auxiliary air tube
Unscrew air tube coupling - find the flat spots of the coupling and use a wrench
ensure there is an O-ring at the bottom of the male M18 threads (18X2.5 buna 70)
Thread on the new bottle hand tight
Fill Leshiy 2 -check for leaks
